What it does

I built a multi-tenant rapid-response system that fires when a restoration company misses an inbound call (via a Twilio dial webhook) or gets a web-form lead. It normalizes either source into one shape, looks up the tenant in Airtable, then in parallel texts the lead back within seconds and alerts the on-call technician, retrying failed sends up to three times before logging every lead. An opt-out check runs before any message goes out and a dedicated inbound-SMS branch handles STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE keywords, so suppressed contacts stay suppressed and the whole flow stays SMS-compliant.
